Wonderland Winter Market is a timed-entry immersive holiday experience at Reframe Studios, 4561 W Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles. Live bands under the lights, roaming characters, large-scale holiday installations, a curated market of local artisans, seasonal food and festive drinks, a speakeasy lounge, and photo moments around every corner. Hours: 4:30pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 10:30pm Saturday and Sunday, on select dates through December 31. On December 31 the market closes at 8:00pm (last entry 7:00pm) ahead of the New Year's Eve Party.

How entry works: choose your date and a 30-minute arrival window at checkout, and please leave time for parking. Most guests spend about 1 to 1.5 hours, and you are welcome to stay longer as space allows.

Pricing (no fees added): General Admission $33 weekdays / $38 weekends. Senior (62+) and Public Servant $25 any day. Child (3-13) $20 / $25. Kids under 3 are free. Couples Pass (2 adults) $55 / $65. Family Pass (2 adults + 2 children) $85 / $100. Friends Pass (4 adults) $115 / $130. Kids Group Pass (3 children) $50 / $67. Speakeasy Pass (1 adult + 1 drink) $50 / $55. Speakeasy Couples Pass (2 adults + 2 drinks) $85 / $95. Speakeasy Friends Pass (4 adults + 4 drinks) $180 / $200. Preferred parking $10 on weekday, $20 on weekends.

New Year's Eve Party

December 31, 10:00pm to 2:00am. 21+ with valid ID. Ring in the new year under the Wonderland lights with an open bar all night, a champagne toast and ball drop at midnight, live music, market vendors, free activities, and a Gatsby-style photobooth. Early Bird $120 through December 1, General Admission $150, VIP $225 (only 20, with reserved Speakeasy Lounge seating, premium champagne service, and express entry). Limited to 250 guests. Select December 31 and the 10:00pm party at checkout.

What is Wonderland Winter Market?

When is Wonderland?
Select dates from late November through December 31. We open at 4:30pm on weekdays and 1:30pm on weekends and close at 10:30pm. Entry is timed: pick a 30-minute arrival window when you buy. Advance ticket purchase is required for every guest.

How long does the experience take?
Wonderland is self-guided, so go at your own pace. Most guests spend about 1 to 1.5 hours, and you are welcome to stay longer as long as we are not at capacity. Catch a live set, meet the characters, shop the market, grab a drink at the speakeasy, and take all the photos you want.

What does my entry window mean?
Your window is the 30-minute period to arrive in, so please leave time for parking. Once you are inside, enjoy the night at your own pace.

Is Wonderland for all ages?
Yes. There is something for every age. Child tickets cover ages 3 to 13, and kids under 3 are free (no ticket needed). The Speakeasy Lounge and alcoholic beverages are 21+ with valid ID.

Is there food and drink?
Yes. Seasonal food, hot cocoa, and festive drinks are available for purchase from our market vendors, plus seasonal cocktails for guests 21+ at the bar and Speakeasy Lounge. Drinks are $20 at the event. Choose a Speakeasy Pass to get a drink included and lock in $18 drinks all night. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome; outside alcohol is not permitted.

What is a Speakeasy Pass?
Admission plus one drink per adult, included in the price. Your drink voucher can be redeemed at the Speakeasy Lounge. Speakeasy Pass holders also get every extra drink at the event for $18 instead of $20. Available as a single, a Couples Pass (2 adults + 2 drinks), or a Friends Pass (4 adults + 4 drinks). 21+ with valid ID for alcohol.

Is there parking?
Street parking is available nearby. Preferred on-site parking is $10 per vehicle on weekdays and $20 on weekends, is limited, and must be added to your order in advance. Show the parking QR code on arrival.

Are there restrooms?
Yes, there are restrooms on site. We recommend using the restroom before you arrive so you can spend more of your visit in Wonderland.

What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, email us before your scheduled entry window and we will do our best to move you to a different date.

What happens if there is severe weather?
Wonderland is an indoor experience and operates rain or shine. In the rare case of an emergency closure, we will exchange your tickets for another available date.

Is there security?
Yes. All guests pass through a security check and bags are inspected on the way in, so smaller bags keep the line moving. Small purses, diaper bags, and strollers are welcome, though we highly recommend bringing something to carry children as strollers may limit your mobility. Not allowed: outside alcohol, weapons or sharp objects of any kind, professional recording equipment, and promotional items.

Is Wonderland ADA accessible?
Yes. The venue is fully indoors with accessible entry and restrooms. If you have specific accessibility needs, email us ahead of your visit and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Can I bring my dog?
Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted. Emotional support and companion animals are not allowed. Thank you for helping us keep the experience safe for everyone.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted inside the venue.

How does the Senior and Public Servant discount work?
$25 any day for guests 62+ and for education, healthcare, medical, public safety, firefighting, teaching, library, infrastructure and transportation, bus driver, sanitation, social work, and city management professionals. Bring a valid ID or proof of employment to the door; without proof, General Admission pricing is charged.

Is there a New Year's Eve party?
Potentially. On December 31 the market closes early at 8:00pm, then the 21+ New Year's Eve Party runs 10:00pm to 2:00am with an open bar, live music, a midnight champagne toast and ball drop. It is a separate ticket, limited to 250 guests, and available by choosing December 31 and the 10:00pm party at checkout.
